Created in collaboration with Joey Camasta, this limited-edition collection celebrates bold flavors, big personalities, and the joy of sharing something delicious. Together, we developed two unexpected preserves that balance bright fruit with a touch of complexity: Rhubarb Cherry and Apricot Ginger. Both are made in small batches and designed to bring a little extra character to everything from toast and pastries to cheese boards and cocktails.

Seth Boylan is a New York City-based personal chef and content creator known for his seasonal cooking and elevated yet approachable meals. With formal Italian culinary training from The Culinary Institute of America and years of kitchen experience, he offers a behind the scenes look at his life, ranging from intimate dinner parties to original recipe development. Seth also services the Hamptons during the summer months, making him a natural fit for a Jamagansett collaboration.
