Hi, I’m Lena.
From an early age, I’ve always been enamoured with food. After earning my culinary arts degree in San Francisco and pivoting into a career in the corporate world, my solace became returning home each night to cook up something new. When leftovers made it into the office the next day, I reveled in watching coworkers joyfully bite into my new culinary creations.
In June of 2024, I decided to commit myself full-time to sharing my love of cooking with the world… and Jamagansett was born. I am devoted to sourcing the highest quality ingredients to craft jams that are a tribute to the essence of fruit as well as my own cherished memories.
