Our jams prioritize the fruit first, with lower sugar compared to most grocery store jams, and the highest quality organic or local produce. All our jams are handmade in small batches, to ensure the highest quality in each one. Finally, we create flavors that you may not find with other jams, chosen to enhance the flavor of each of the fruits we highlight.

Our jams will last 6-9 months unopened on the shelf and ~6 months in the refrigerator once opened.

All our ingredients are vegan and gluten-free, though the facility we produce them in is not full vegan or gluten-free. We use organic produce in most of our jams, other than some flavors where we prioritize local ingredients, where the practices are as clean as possible for the region, but may not be verified organic.

We do not use any artificial preservatives or other ingredients - the preservation is natural from the sugar we use in our jams.

On our website, we have MOQs of 36 jars, or 3 cases of 12 8-oz jars of jam.

Shipping is free when you order from our website and we ship within 2-7 business days from your order. We use UPS or FedEx for our shipping, which varies from ~2-5 business days depending on your location. All of our orders are packed and shipped as carefully as possible to avoid breakage.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't entered the fulfillment process. For modifications after this period, please contact our wholesale team directly at hello@jamagansett.com

Orders cannot be refunded or returned. If there are any damages in the order, we will be able to send replacement jars - please reach out to us at hello@jamagansett.com for any inquiries around replacements for damages.
