About Our Fields

Share The Harvest

Share The Harvest

Share the Harvest is a non-profit farm based in East Hampton. They grow and donate thousands of pounds of fresh produce to local organizations to feed children, seniors, disabled people and low-income families in the community. We partnered with them to create our Caramelized Onion Balsamic Jam with their onions and our Smoky Tomato Jam with their Sungold tomatoes.

For every jar of Smoky Tomato sold, we will donate 10% of the profits back to Share the Harvest.

Truxel Peach Farm

Truxel Peach Orchard is located in East Hampton, serving up fresh and delicious harvests of peaches and apples. We partnered with them to create our Burnt Peach jam with their ripe summer peaches.
Salt Air Farm

Salt Air Farm

Salt Air Farm is a family-run farm, located on the North Fork. They specialize in growing fruit and flowers. We partnered with them to source the rhubarb for our Rhubarb Rose jam.
